Commencement

Conduct lecture and other class activities for four hours per day and require exams, exercises, reports, and other outputs at the end of each lesson to evaluate the students' progress.

1. Parties

This proposal is between [RF Teaching Agency] (“Agency”) for [Sagacity Language Training Center] (“Client”). The proposal indicates that the proposed teaching service will be provided to the Client in a span of 24 meetings.

2. Guarantee

The Agency guarantees to the Client that all teachers involved in this service package all possess the necessary professional credentials and licenses.

3. Payment

The total cost of services is $22,660. The Client will make necessary payments to the Agency within fifteen (15) days upon completion of services.
