1. Parties

2. Guarantee

The Agency guarantees to the Client that all teachers involved in this service package all possess the necessary professional credentials and licenses.

3. Payment

The total cost of services is $22,660. The Client will make necessary payments to the Agency within fifteen (15) days upon completion of services.
