I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that I have made the difficult decision to resign from my position at Phoenix Realtors. This letter serves as my formal two-week notice, and my last day of employment will be on June 15, 2050.
Working at Phoenix Realtors has been an incredible experience, and I am grateful for the opportunities and growth I have experienced during my time here. I have had the privilege to work alongside talented professionals and contribute to the success of the company. I have learned so much, both personally and professionally, and I will always be appreciative of the relationships I have built here.
However, after careful consideration, I have decided to pursue a new opportunity that aligns more closely with my long-term career goals. This was not an easy decision to make, as I have truly enjoyed my time at Phoenix Realtors. I am confident that the skills and experience I have gained here will greatly contribute to my future endeavors.
I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to you and the entire team at Phoenix Realtors for your support and guidance throughout my tenure. I have grown both personally and professionally under your leadership. I appreciate the trust you have placed in me and the opportunities you have provided for my development.
During my remaining two weeks, I am fully committed to completing any pending projects and ensuring a smooth transition. I am more than willing to assist in training any colleagues who will be taking over my responsibilities. Please let me know how I can best support this transition process.
Lastly, I would like to extend my offer to you to be a reference for any future opportunities. I value the relationships I have formed at Phoenix Realtors and would be more than happy to speak highly of my experience with the company.
