Collaborate with designers and project managers to accurately bill clients for services provided and address client inquiries related to billing and invoicing.
Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or specialized interior design accounting software to manage financial tasks efficiently.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and financial professionals to facilitate clear and effective communication regarding financial matters.
Stay informed about relevant accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
