Dear Mr. Cameron Turner,

I hope this email finds you in good health. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the delivery service that was recently used for my online order.

I placed an order on your website on 1st July 2050 but have not yet received my parcel. The tracking number provided has also not been updated since the 10th of July. I have been patient, but not knowing when or if my order will arrive is frustrating. I understand there might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, but it would have been nice to have been informed. I hope you can understand why I find this situation concerning and disappointing.
