Promotion Scope

The Promoter engages the Promotional Entity/Talent to perform the following promotional activities (the "Promotion"):

1. Social Media Endorsements:

The Promotional Entity/Talent agrees to create a minimum of 6 social media posts on platforms such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook endorsing the Promoter's new line of fitness apparel during the Contract period. Each post shall include mentions of the Promoter’s account.

2. Public Appearances:

The Promotional Entity/Talent shall make [0] public appearances at events and locations designated by the Promoter. These appearances may include product launches.

3. Advertising Campaigns:
   The Promotional Entity/Talent shall participate in and be featured in advertising campaigns related to the Promotion. This may include photo shoots, video commercials, and other promotional materials.

4. Product Placements:

The Promotional Entity/Talent agrees to feature and promote the Promoter's new line of fitness apparel in their social media posts, videos, and other content as specified by the Promoter. This includes using the product, showcasing its benefits, and encouraging followers to engage with it.

5. Other Promotional Efforts:

In addition to the above, the Promotional Entity/Talent may engage in other mutually agreed-upon promotional efforts, which shall be detailed in separate written agreements or addenda as necessary.

Compensation

In consideration for the Promotion, the Promoter agrees to compensate the Promotional Entity/Talent as follows:

Payment Amount: $[0]

Payment Schedule: [0]% upon execution of this Contract and the remaining [0]% upon completion of all promotional activities and approval by the Promoter.

Additional Benefits/Perks: Royalties on product sales attributable to the Promotion.

Duration

Termination

Either party may terminate this Contract for the following reasons:

All intellectual property rights related to the Promotion, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and copyrighted material, shall remain the property of their respective owners. Any use of intellectual property shall be subject to prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information obtained during the course of this Promotion.

Performance Expectations

The Promotional Entity/Talent agrees to perform the Promotion diligently and in accordance with industry standards. The Promoter reserves the right to monitor and assess the quality of the Promotion.

Liability and Indemnification

Both parties shall indemnify and hold harmless each other from any claims, losses, or damages arising from their actions or omissions under this Contract.

Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts.
