Job Title: Electrical Project Manager

The selected individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plans.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Oversees the organization, scheduling, and implementation of all electrical-related works.

  • Liaises with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

  • Assists with negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.

  • Proactively manages changes in project scope, identifies potential crises, and devises contingency plans.

  • Conducts project post-mortems and creates a recommendations report to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Management, preferably within a manufacturing or electrical engineering environment.

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure to meet established deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
