Job Title: Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee the operations of our electrical crew, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work on all projects.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and uphold safety regulations.
Allocate specific electrical tasks to team members, according to their skill levels.
Inspect installations and systems to ensure they meet all regulations.
Provide technical assistance when needed and address team concerns.
Prepare progress reports and present them to upper management.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an electrical supervisor.
In-depth understanding of electrical regulations and procedures.
Ability to use electrical diagnostic equipment and hand tools efficiently.
Leadership skills with a decisive, yet patient approach.
Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
A problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
Experience
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years experience in the electrical industry with at least 3 years in a supervisorial capacity. Experience managing a large team is a definite plus.
Additional Requirements
