Evaluation Overview

Performance Criteria

  7. Goal Attainment:

Rating Scale

Performance in each criterion will be assessed using a rating scale ranging from 1 to 5, with 1 indicating "Unsatisfactory" and 5 indicating "Outstanding." The rating scale is defined as follows:

    Performance consistently fails to meet expectations, requiring significant improvement and intervention.
