V. Termination

Either party may terminate this contract by providing written notice at least 30 days before the intended date of termination.

  • Termination Reasons: The Contract may be terminated for reasons including but not limited to misconduct, breach of contract, or mutual agreement.

  • Exit Procedures: Upon termination, the Employee agrees to return all company property and assets and complete any necessary exit procedures.

VI. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

The Employee agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, trade secrets, or sensitive data belonging to the Employer during and after the term of employment.

VII. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes arising from this Contract, both parties agree to resolve them through arbitration under the laws of [Country Name].
