Notary for Marriage Contract

I. Introduction

This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on [Date], by and between [Party A] and [Party B], collectively referred to as the "Parties".

II. Financial Management

A. Assets

1. [Party A] agrees to disclose all assets owned before the marriage, including but not limited to:

   • Vehicles

   • Investments

   • Bank accounts

   • Stocks and bonds

B. Income

1. Both Parties agree to maintain separate bank accounts for their incomes.

2. Any income earned jointly will be deposited into a joint account for shared expenses.

C. Debts

1. Each Party shall be responsible for any debts incurred before the marriage.

2. Any debts acquired jointly during the marriage shall be divided equally between the Parties.

III. Management of Assets

A. Property Ownership
