Dear Mr. Pantano,
I trust this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I have encountered in the course of our professional engagement, and despite previous attempts to address it, the matter remains unresolved. However, I regret to inform you that there have been persistent challenges and discrepancies that have hindered the smooth progress of our collaboration. However, prompt and transparent communication on your end is crucial to maintaining the integrity of our professional relationship.
