I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite your establishment's reputation, the services offered during my stay were far from satisfactory. The room was in an unhygienic condition and had various maintenance issues that reflected negligence.

I encountered some specific issues as well. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, the air-conditioning was barely functioning, and the noise from the neighboring rooms was unbearable. Furthermore, the food I ordered from your restaurant was not only delivered late but also cold, affecting my dining experience to a considerable extent.
