Dear Ms. Anderson

I'm writing to let you know of a personnel issue that needs your consideration. Paul Anderson and Marissa Solomon, two workers in the sales department, have been at odds for a while. The disagreement has become so intense that it is having a detrimental effect on the team's morale and output. In my opinion, this issue must be resolved quickly to bring peace back to the department.

On August 19, 2054, Paul received a promotion to team Leader a role Marissa had been hoping to achieve and that's when the tension began. They became more tense and resentful of one another as a result. Other team members have seen numerous instances of tense arguments and a lack of cooperation. The situation has not improved even after internal attempts to remedy the problem have been made.

I respectfully ask for your assistance in setting up a meeting between Paul and Marissa so that they can discuss their issues honestly and come up with a workable solution. In my opinion, having an impartial mediator or HR professional there at the meeting would help to start a constructive conversation and get to a conclusion that works for everyone on the team.

Kindly inform me of the most convenient time and date for this meeting so that I can arrange it with all parties. We appreciate your help in getting this resolved. If you would like to talk about any updates or other information on this issue, please contact me at the number above. I eagerly await your speedy reply.

Sincerely,

Donald Gobert
