Job Title: Police Captain

We are seeking for a seasoned professional to join our force as a Police Captain. Responsibilities and Duties:

As a Police Captain, your main responsibility will be the command and daily management of a division within the police department. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Directing, planning, and coordinating activities for all personnel under your command

  • Creating schedules and duty assignments

  • Ensuring enforcement of laws and ordinances

  • Reviewing and responding to staff and public inquiries and complaints

  • Developing and implementing staff training programs

  • Preparing detailed reports on division activities

Qualifications and Skills:

The following qualifications and skills are required for this position:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in law enforcement

  • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role

  • Proven leadership skills and ability to command respect

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations

Additional Requirements:

The following additional requirements must be met:

  • Completion of advanced courses and seminars in police management and supervision

  • Must be familiar with law enforcement principles and procedures, criminal codes and laws, and crime prevention methods.

  • Applicants must undergo a background check, fitness test, and panel interview.
