Training Coordinator
Our chosen candidate will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and coordinating law enforcement training sessions to boost the proficiency of our team and ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
Responsibilities and Duties
Organize and coordinate law enforcement training sessions, including scheduling instructors, venues, and materials.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary alterations for continuous improvement.
Regularly assess officers' skill levels to ensure training standards are being met.
Create and manage a comprehensive training database to track officers' progress.
Communicate effectively with law enforcement staff to ensure the smooth delivery of all training initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Law Enforcement, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in law enforcement training or a closely related training field.
Sound knowledge of modern law enforcement procedures, principles, and techniques.
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
