DRUG TESTING POLICY HR

1. Purpose

LogicLayer Solutions is committed to providing a safe and productive work environment for all employees and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This Drug Testing Policy outlines our approach to drug and alcohol testing to promote safety, productivity, and legal compliance.

3. Types of Tests

LogicLayer Solutions may conduct the following types of drug and alcohol tests:

8. Consequences

Employees who test positive may face disciplinary action, including warnings, suspension, rehabilitation, or termination, depending on the circumstances and company policy. Rehabilitation options may be available for employees seeking help with substance abuse issues.

9. Legal Rights and Protections

LogicLayer Solutions respects the legal rights and protections of employees and job applicants, including those under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable employment laws.

10. Training and Education

LogicLayer Solutions is committed to raising awareness about substance abuse issues and their impact on the workplace. Employees will receive training and educational materials on this topic.

11. Policy Review and Updates

This Drug Testing Policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure compliance with evolving laws and regulations. Updates may be made as needed.
