Production Manager
This critical role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, optimizing production processes, and leading our team of manufacturing professionals. We seek an individual who can ensure efficiency, safety, and product quality while minimizing costs and upholding company standards.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications and Skills:
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, or a related field is required, a Master's degree is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or production management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, strong problem-solving ability, and strong communication skills.
Proven experience in improving operational processes and efficiencies, cost management, and production optimization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of manufacturing software being a plus.
