Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties

Qualifications and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
Thorough knowledge of production procedures and quality control standards.
Understanding of safety procedures and the utilization of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis software.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Additional Requirements
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
Occasional lifting of heavy objects may be required.
