Job Title: Contract Manufacturing Manager
Our fast-growing organization is in search of an efficient Contract Manufacturing Manager. You'll plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee activities in an organization related to contract manufacturing management. Your job will focus on ensuring that all contracted manufacturing services and activities meet our high standards and are completed on time within budget.
Responsibilities and Duties
Manage, negotiate, and oversee manufacturing contracts
Assess potential risks and implement mitigation plans
Monitor production timelines, quality, and costs
Ensure regulatory and legal compliance
Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and vendors
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
Excellent negotiation and managerial skills
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
Superior problem-solving abilities
Exceptional communication skills
Necessary Experience
Minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior role handling outsourcing or contract manufacturing preferred
Experience with strategic sourcing and vendor management
Additional Requirements
Up to 25% travel might be necessary
Ability to pass a background check
Knowledge of relevant software applications
