III. Responsibilities

  • Reporting: Generate and deliver reports as per the agreed-upon schedule.

  • Communication: Maintain open and timely communication with the Client to address any questions or concerns.

  • Confidentiality: Ensure the confidentiality and security of all data and insights obtained during the monitoring process.

  • Access to Data: Provide necessary access to data sources, platforms, or accounts that may be required for effective market monitoring.

  • Feedback: Provide timely feedback on reports and insights to help refine the monitoring process.

  • Payment: Fulfill payment obligations as per the agreed-upon terms.

IV. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

The following SLA metrics are established to measure the performance of the Marketing Market Monitoring services:

  • Reporting Frequency: The Provider will deliver market reports on a Weekly basis.

  • Response Time: Provider will acknowledge Client inquiries or requests within 8 hours during regular business hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
