Marketing Affiliate Program Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Program Service Level Agreement (SLA) is entered into by and between Thurman's Shipping, hereinafter referred to as the "Client," and [Your Company Name], hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider." This SLA outlines the terms and conditions under which the Service Provider will provide marketing affiliate services to Thurman's Shipping.

2. Scope of Services

The Service Provider agrees to provide affiliate marketing services to Thurman's Shipping. These services include, but are not limited to, the creation and distribution of promotional materials, tracking affiliate performance, and managing affiliate relationships.

3. Responsibilities of the Service Provider

3.1 Marketing Materials: The Service Provider will create and deliver marketing materials, including but not limited to articles, banners, and promotional content, as agreed upon by both parties.

3.2 Performance Tracking: The Service Provider will implement a robust tracking system to monitor the performance of affiliate marketing efforts and provide regular reports to Thurman's Shipping.

3.3 Communication: The Service Provider will maintain regular communication with Thurman's Shipping to discuss strategy, address concerns, and provide updates on affiliate marketing campaigns.

4. Responsibilities of Thurman's Shipping

4.1 Access to Platforms: Thurman's Shipping will grant the Service Provider access to the necessary platforms and data required for the successful implementation of the affiliate marketing program.

4.2 Feedback: Thurman's Shipping will provide timely feedback on marketing materials and campaign performance to facilitate ongoing improvement.

5. Performance Metrics and Targets

5.1 Word Count: Marketing articles will be between 500 and 800 words in length.

5.2 Pieces of Articles per Month: The Service Provider agrees to deliver a minimum of 10 marketing articles per month.

5.3 Business Days: The client will complete all tasks within five (5) business days of the request by Thurman's Shipping.

5.4 Days in Advance: Any planned changes to the affiliate marketing strategy or materials will be communicated to Thurman's Shipping at least seven (7) days in advance.

6. Revisions

Revision Per Piece: Thurman's Shipping is entitled to request up to two (2) revisions per marketing piece at no additional cost.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination Notice: Either party may terminate this agreement with a 30-day written notice.

7.2 Termination for Cause: Either party may terminate this agreement immediately in the event of a material breach by the other party.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential all information shared during the term of this agreement.

9. Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed per the laws of the State of California, and the parties will resolve any disputes in the courts of Los Angeles.

10. Miscellaneous

Any amendments to this SLA must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
