Marketing Affiliate Relationship SLA

2. Merchant Responsibilities

2.1. Commission: The Merchant will compensate the Affiliate according to the agreed commission structure, outlined in Exhibit A.

2.2. Tracking And Reporting: The Merchant will provide the Affiliate with tracking tools or access to an affiliate marketing platform to monitor and report on performance.

2.3. Payment: The Merchant agrees to pay the Affiliate, subject to any minimum payout thresholds or payment schedules agreed upon.

2.4. Support: The Merchant will provide reasonable support and assistance to the Affiliate to maximize the effectiveness of the affiliate marketing program.

3. Termination
