Cleaning Services Part-Time Employment Contract

This Cleaning Services Part-Time Employment Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") is entered into as of the [DAY] day of [MONTH], [YEAR] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [YOUR COMPANY NAME], a company organized and existing under the laws of [STATE], with its head office located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and [PART-TIME EMPLOYEE], an individual residing at [EMPLOYEE'S ADDRESS] (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee").

1. Employment and Duties

1.1. Employment Agreement: The Company hereby employs the Employee, and the Employee hereby accepts employment with the Company, subject to the mutual agreements, covenants, and conditions set forth in this Contract.

1.2. Position and Duties: The Employee shall serve as a part-time cleaner. In this capacity, the Employee agrees to perform duties as are customarily associated with such position, including, but not limited to, cleaning, maintenance, and such other duties as the Company may assign from time to time. The Employee agrees to comply with all Company policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, both written and oral.

1.3. Duty of Loyalty and Best Efforts: The Employee agrees to perform their duties faithfully and to the best of their ability and to devote sufficient productive time, energy, and effort to the performance of their duties under this Contract. The Employee shall not engage in any other employment or business activity that would conflict with their duties to the Company or negatively affect the Company’s interests.

2. Compensation

2.1. Wage: The Company shall compensate the Employee for the services rendered under this Contract at the rate of [HOURLY WAGE] per hour worked. The Employee acknowledges that they are not entitled to receive compensation for time not worked.

2.2. Payment Schedule: Payments shall be made to the Employee on a bi-weekly basis, with the payment covering the period up to [PAYMENT DATE]. All payments are subject to deductions for taxes and other withholdings as required by law or authorized by the Employee.

3. Confidentiality

3.1. Confidential Information: The Employee acknowledges that during the employment period, they will have access to and become acquainted with various confidential information, including but not limited to, trade secrets, processes, data, operational practices, and other proprietary information owned by the Company.

3.2. Protection of Confidentiality: The Employee agrees not to disclose or use, during or after the term of this Contract, any confidential information for the benefit of any entity other than the Company, or in a manner that would be detrimental to the interests of the Company, unless expressly authorized in writing by the Company.

4. Indemnification

4.1. The Employee agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, taxes, penalties, charges, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to any breach by the Employee of this Contract or any false representation made by the Employee herein.

5. Non-Compete

5.1. Non-Compete Agreement: The Employee agrees that during the term of this Contract and for a period of [DURATION] years thereafter, they shall not, within a radius of [GEOGRAPHICAL AREA] from the Company’s principal place of business, engage in any business that competes directly with the core business of the Company.

5.2. Protection of Business Interests: This restriction is designed to protect the Company's legitimate business interests, including its confidential information and customer relationships, and is considered reasonable in duration, terms, and geographical scope.

6. Termination

6.1. Notice of Termination: Either party may terminate this Contract at any time upon giving [NOTICE PERIOD] days' written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Employee shall return all Company property and confidential information in their possession.
