Cleaning Services Advertising Contract
This Cleaning Services Advertising Contract (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into as of this [Date] (the "Effective Date"), by and between [Your Company Name], a cleaning service provider having its principal place of business located at [Your Company Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Cleaning Company") and [Advertiser Name], an advertising agency having its principal place of business at [Advertiser Address] (hereinafter referred to as the "Advertiser").
1. Scope of Services
The Advertiser shall perform the following advertising services for the Cleaning Company: (1) content creation, (2) market analysis and targeting, (3) media planning and buying, (4) campaign implementation, and (5) performance analysis and reporting. 2. Payment Terms

3. Intellectual Property

4. Confidentiality

5. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice if the other party breaches any material provision of this Agreement and does not remedy the breach within the stipulated time.
6. Governing Law
