Cleaning Services Digital Advertising Contract

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implementing strategies to improve the Company's website ranking on search engines, thereby increasing organic search visibility and traffic.
Social Media Advertising: Developing and managing advertising campaigns on social media platforms to reach and engage with the target audience, enhance brand presence and conversions.
Email Marketing Campaigns: Designing and executing email marketing strategies to nurture leads, engage with existing customers, and promote services or special offers.
Display Advertising: Utilizing visual ads on relevant websites to target potential customers, increase brand awareness, and support other marketing efforts.

II. Payment Terms

For the provision of the aforementioned services, the Company shall compensate the Advertiser, which is attached to this Agreement. The fundamental terms of payment are as follows:

The Company is obligated to remit payment to the Advertiser within thirty (30) days from the receipt of the invoice, unless a different payment schedule is mutually agreed upon and documented in writing.

III. Term and Termination
