I. Parties

This Notary Business Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on [Date], between:

II. Services

    • $5 for each additional document notarized during the same appointment.

IV. Confidentiality

Both parties involved have mutually agreed to commit themselves to the maintenance and preservation of the confidentiality surrounding all information that has been exchanged between them when they are providing notary services to each other.

V. Dispute Resolution

Any disagreements, conflicts, or controversies that may arise or have any kind of connection with this Agreement shall all be addressed and settled through the process of arbitration.

VI. Governing Law

This Agreement, including the interpretation of its terms and the resolution of any disputes that may arise between the parties involved, shall be governed by and interpreted in line with the principles of the laws of the [State]. It is understood and agreed upon that the legal jurisdiction and legislation of the [State] will be used as a guiding standard in any legal matter concerning this Agreement.

VII. Entire Agreement
