I. Introduction

This Notary Disclosure Statement and Hold Harmless Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between [Client's Name] ("Client") and [Your Name] ("Notary Public"), effective as of [Date].

II. Notary's Role and Responsibilities

A. Notarial Acts: The individual acting in the capacity of a Notary agrees and commits themselves to perform all their notarial duties and acts strictly according to and in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations that govern such practices.

B. Duties: The individual who is responsible for performing the role of a Notary is mandated to carry out all assigned notarial acts with the utmost level of diligence, ensuring accurate outcomes, and providing services with a clear sense of impartiality, without any bias or prejudice involved.

C. Limitations: The Notary Public acknowledges and understands that there are specific limitations placed upon their jurisdiction and authority. III. Client's Responsibilities

A. B. Compliance: The individual or entity identified as the Client is expressly required and obligated to strictly adhere to, without any reservations, all of the instructions, directives, or guidelines that are duly provided, given, offered, or otherwise communicated by the legal representative, known as the Notary, during the entire course and duration of the process of notarizing documents.

C. Representation: The individual, who is referred to as the client in this context, is making a declaration that they are indeed legally endowed with the necessary authority that is needed to execute the documents required to be notarized.

IV. Hold Harmless Clause

The Client hereby gives their full agreement and accord to shoulder the responsibility to protect, indemnify, and exonerate the Notary from any form of allegations, cases, responsibilities, or damages that might come up or associate directly with the practice of notarization.

This obligation of indemnification includes but is not limited to, any errors, oversights, or inappropriate actions that are conducted by the Notary during the process of notarization. In essence, the Client pledges to free the Notary from any financial distress or liabilities that might be linked to these mentioned scenarios.

V. Governing Law
