Agreement With Mobile Notary Service

I. Parties

This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of [Date], by and between:

  • [Your Name], a mobile notary service provider located at [Your Company Address] ("Provider"), and

  • [Client's Name], located at [Client's Address] ("Client").

II. Services

Provider agrees to provide mobile notary services to Client by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The services shall include, but are not limited to:

  1. Notarizing legal documents at the location specified by the Client.

  2. Verifying the identity of signatories.

  3. Administering oaths and affirmations.

III. Terms and Conditions

  1. Appointment: The Client must arrange or plan their appointments for notary services at minimum, no less than twenty-four hours before the appointment itself.

  2. Location: Services related to notarization will be made available at the location which is specified by the Client. However, it is important to note that these services will only be provided within the boundaries of the metropolitan area.

  3. Fees: The Client agrees to pay the Provider the following fees for notarization services:

  4. Payment: The method of payment shall be in the form of either cash or the utilization of a credit or debit card. This payment is required and expected to be executed at the precise time when the service is rendered.

  5. Cancellation: The client must give at least a 12-hour notice if they wish to cancel any service. If such a notice is not provided and the client fails to comply with this requirement, they may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  6. Liability: The provider, in no circumstance, shall be held accountable or liable for any mistakes, inaccuracies, missing information, or any type of errors that may appear in the documents that are submitted for notarization. The safety measures to check the appropriateness and accuracy of the contents of the documents do not come under the scope of the provider's responsibility.

  7. Confidentiality: The service provider gives their agreement and consents that they will uphold and safeguard the confidentiality of all the information they obtain. This information is gathered during the time they are providing notary services.

IV. Indemnification

The client acknowledges and agrees to protect, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Provider from any claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including but not limited to legal fees and court costs) that arise out of, result from, or are related in any way to the notarization services provided under this Agreement.

V. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

VI. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
