Volunteer Waiver

I. Parties Involved

This Waiver Agreement is entered into by [YOUR NAME], on behalf of [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Organization"), located at [YOUR COMPANY ADDRESS], and the undersigned volunteer ("Volunteer").

II. Volunteer Activities

IV. Release and Waiver of Liability

The Volunteer hereby releases and forever discharges [YOUR COMPANY NAME], its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the Volunteer’s activities with [YOUR COMPANY NAME]. The Volunteer understands and acknowledges that this Release discharges [YOUR COMPANY NAME] from any liability or claim that the Volunteer may have against [YOUR COMPANY NAME] with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from Volunteer’s activities.

V. Medical Treatment

In the event of an injury, the Volunteer consents to receive medical treatment deemed advisable during any volunteer activity. [YOUR COMPANY NAME] is not obligated to provide additional health insurance coverage for the Volunteer.

VI. Permission to Use Likeness

The Volunteer grants permission to [YOUR COMPANY NAME] to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of volunteer activities for promotional, fundraising, or any other lawful purposes regarding the Organization’s mission.

VII. Confidentiality

The Volunteer agrees to keep all confidential information of [YOUR COMPANY NAME] undisclosed during and after the period of volunteering, including any data accessed during activities.

VIII. General Terms

This Waiver Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which [YOUR COMPANY NAME] operates without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of this Agreement shall be commenced in a federal court or state court located in said state, and each party hereto waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such litigation in the said courts.

X. Acknowledgment

By signing this waiver, the Volunteer affirms that they have thoroughly reviewed this Waiver Agreement, fully understand its contents, and agree voluntarily to the terms listed. Volunteering is entirely at the Volunteer’s own risk, and the Volunteer affirms that they have had every opportunity

XI. Signatures

By signing below, the Volunteer confirms that they have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree to all of the terms and conditions outlined herein. The Volunteer signs this Agreement freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
