California Meal Break Waiver
I. Introduction

II. Purpose

III. Waiver Details/Objective
By signing this Agreement, Employee agrees to waive their entitlement to an uninterrupted 30-minute meal break for each work period of more than five hours. IV. Scope of Waiver
