Golf Cart Waiver

I. Introduction

II. Purpose

VI. Voluntary Participation

The Participant acknowledges that participation in the use of a golf cart is voluntary and that they have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

VII. Governing Law
