Golf Cart Waiver
I. Introduction

II. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the risks associated with the use of golf carts at [GOLF COURSE NAME] and to release the Owner/Operator from liability for any injuries or damages that may occur during the use of the golf cart.
III. Assumption of Risk

IV. Release of Liability

V. Acknowledgment of Safety Guidelines
The Participant agrees to abide by all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the Owner/Operator regarding the use of golf carts, including but not limited to speed limits, designated paths, and prohibited areas.
VI. Voluntary Participation
The Participant acknowledges that participation in the use of a golf cart is voluntary and that they have had the opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification regarding the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
VII. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [JURISDICTION].
VIII. Acknowledgment of Understanding
