Car Accident Waiver
This Car Accident Waiver Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned participant ("Releasor") and [YOUR COMPANY NAME] ("Release"), collectively referred to as the "Parties".
I. Introduction
This Agreement serves the purpose of preventing legal disagreements and litigation that might arise from a car accident involving the Parties. By signing this Agreement, the Releasor voluntarily waives their right to sue the Release for any auto accident damages covered herein.
II. Definitions
