Dear Ms. Chandler,
I am writing to inform you that your lease agreement for the property will not be renewed after its expiration on February 28, 2050, resulting in the termination of your tenancy. Per the lease agreement, you must vacate the premises by the termination date above or sooner.
The decision to terminate the lease is not a result of any default on your part but a financial decision we made for our business. We have enjoyed having you as a tenant and appreciate your cooperation during your tenancy.
We kindly request you to return the keys to our office by the close of business on the day you vacate the property. Once you have vacated, we will inspect the unit to assess any damage beyond normal wear and tear. If the property is in the same condition as when you moved in, your security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after you vacate.
If there are any outstanding rent payments or property damage discovered during the inspection, the cost will be deducted from your security deposit. If there are any excess charges, you will receive a separate invoice that must be paid immediately.
