I am writing to inform you of an upcoming adjustment to the monthly rent for your unit located at 336 Elm St., Springfield, IL 60987. Due to ongoing maintenance costs, property taxes, and other expenses related to building maintenance, we need to implement a slight rent increase.
Currently, your monthly rent is $1200. Effective July 1, 2050, the monthly rent will be increased to $1300. We understand this is a change, but this decision was made after much consideration and an exhaustive review of our expenses and current market rates.
