I am writing to you as the representative of Harmony House. We have reviewed your rental application and we are pleased to inform you that your application for the property located at 1234 Main Street, Baconville has been approved.
Your lease will commence on February 1, 2050, and will continue for 12 months, ending on January 31, 2051. The monthly rental charge will be $1500, payable in advance on the first day of each month. To confirm and guarantee your lease, we request you to sign the attached rental agreement and pay the first month's rent and security deposit, which totals $3000.
