Dear Ms. Alvarez,
I am writing about our recent discussions about renting the property located at 1234 Main Street, San Francisco, CA. I am pleased to confirm the terms of our Rental Agreement are as follows: Commencing December 1st, 2050, you will have exclusive use of the property for the agreed rental period of 12 months.
The monthly rental fee is $2000, which is due on the first day of each month. The property is provided unfurnished, and it should be returned to us in the same state as you take it over. You are responsible for maintaining the condition of the property during your tenancy, for which a security deposit of $4000 is required.
