I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my interest in renewing the lease at 808 Maple Lane, Apt 7A, Lakeside, NY 10010.
In my stay thus far, I have endeavored to maintain a clean and respectful living environment. I am both proud and appreciative of residing in such reliable housing. As I look forward to the future, I see no more desirable location than this for my living needs. As such, I am interested in discussing the possibility of renewing my rental agreement.
I'd appreciate it if we could meet to discuss the rental renewal terms and conditions. Please let me know a date and time that suits your schedule best. I am quite flexible and can adjust to your preferred time.
