As per our lease agreement, I am providing you with a month’s notice before moving out. Please note that I will leave the apartments in a clean and habitable condition, free of personal belongings and trash.
I would also appreciate it if we could schedule a walk-through inspection at a mutually convenient time. Additionally, I would like to discuss the refund of my security deposit. I understand that you will deduct the cost of any damage beyond normal wear and tear from the security deposit before returning it.
However, I believe that I have kept the apartment in good condition. I would like to ensure that my forwarding address is updated in your records. My new address is 1234 K Street, Anytown, XY 12345. Kindly send my security deposit refund to this address.
