An integral part of our team, the person in this role assists customers with billing inquiries, both verbally and through written correspondence. You will also process payments, adjustments, claims, correspondence, and credit applications while maintaining attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Analyze and resolve customer billing queries

• Handle customer calls professionally, assist with billing issues, and escalate any atypical situations to management.

• Prepare, review, and distribute customer bills and correspondence.

• Ensure accurate and timely billing of services.

• Assist customers in setting up payment arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Good math skills and attention to detail.

• Customer-oriented mindset and patience in dealing with customers.

• Ability to handle stress and remain calm in difficult situations.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or billing is an advantage, while a high school diploma or GED is required.
