Reporting And Complaint Procedure

If you believe you have experienced discrimination or harassment or have witnessed such behavior, it is your responsibility to report it promptly. SparkTech Electronics encourages open communication and provides multiple channels for reporting, including:

  1. Contacting your immediate supervisor or manager.

  2. Reporting to the Human Resources Department.

  3. Using our anonymous reporting hotline.

  4. If your supervisor or manager is involved in the incident, or you do not feel comfortable reporting to them, you can report directly to HR or any senior manager.

Investigation And Resolution

Upon receiving a complaint, SparkTech Electronics will conduct a prompt, thorough, and impartial investigation. The investigation will be conducted with sensitivity and confidentiality to the extent possible, while still ensuring a fair process for all parties involved. If a violation of this policy is found, appropriate corrective action will be taken, which may include disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Non-Retaliation

SparkTech Electronics strictly prohibits retaliation against any individual who makes a good faith report of discrimination or harassment or participates in an investigation. Retaliation is a serious violation of our policy and will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

SparkTech Electronics is committed to preventing discrimination and harassment through education and awareness. We provide regular training to employees and management on our policy and applicable laws.
