I-9 Form

All employees, including U.S. citizens and non-citizens, must complete the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Form I-9 within three business days of their hire date.

Internal Audits

TechSolutions Inc. will conduct periodic internal audits to ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.

Government Requests

TechSolutions Inc. will cooperate with government agencies, including USCIS and the Department of Homeland Security, in the event of any immigration-related inquiries or investigations.

Disciplinary Action
