Investment Contract

This Investment Contract ("Contract"), is made and entered into as of June 10, 2050, by and between [Investor's Name], the "Investor", residing at [Investor's Address], and [Your Name], the "Recipient", residing at [Your Address].

Preconditions

WHEREAS, The Investor is ready, willing, and capable of investing in the Recipient.
WHEREAS, The Recipient needs funding for product creation and development related to [Your Company Name].

Details of the Investment

Terms of Repayment

In the event of any applicable repayment scenario, the terms of such a repayment process must adhere to what has been stipulated in Exhibit B.

Termination

This Contract may be terminated by either Party upon written notice to the other if the other Party breaches any provision of this Contract and fails to remedy such breach within thirty (30) days of receiving written notice thereof.

Entire Agreement

This Contract sets forth the entire understanding of both Parties about the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written, of the Parties.

Amendment and Waivers

No amendment or waiver of any provision of this Contract will be valid unless it is in writing and signed by both Parties.
