Managed Service Provider Contract
This Managed Service Provision Agreement (henceforth "Agreement") is entered into as of this day of [Day/ Month/ Year] (henceforth "Effective Date"), between [Your Company Name], having its principal place of business at [Your Company Address], referred to as the "Client" herein, and [Service Provider Company Name], having its principal place of business at [ServiceProvider Company Address], referred to as the "Service Provider" herein.
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following managed IT services to the Client: network security, cloud migration, and ongoing IT support. The specifics of these services will be agreed upon by both parties based on the Client’s specific IT infrastructure.
2. Service Level & Standards
The Service Provider shall maintain the level of service defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) attached to this Agreement. The SLA sets out the expected level of service, response times, and availability, and the Client’s recourse if the Service Provider fails to meet these standards.
3. Pricing

4. Data Protection and Security
The Service Provider agrees to comply with all relevant data protection laws and regulations in all jurisdictions in which the parties operate. 5. Confidentiality
