Landlord Contract

THIS LEASE AGREEMENT ("Lease") made and entered into this [Date], by and between [Your Company Name], having its principal office at [Your Company Address], referred to herein as "Landlord," and [Your Name], of [Tenant's Address], referred to herein as "Tenant."

1. PREMISES

Landlord rents to Tenant and Tenant rents from Landlord, the premises located at [Your Company Address]. The premises will be used for residential purposes only.

2. TERM

The initial term of the Lease will begin on [Date] and will terminate on [Date]. Thereafter, the Lease will continue on a month-to-month basis until either the Landlord or the Tenant terminate this agreement with written notice.

3. RENT

Tenant agrees to pay $[Monthly Rent Amount] per month, due on the 1st day of each calendar month. If the Lease begins after the 1st day of the month, the first month’s rent will be prorated.

4. SECURITY DEPOSIT

5. REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

Tenant will keep the Premises in clean, sanitary, and good condition. If the Premises are not kept in such condition, Tenant will be in default of this Agreement.

6. INSURANCE

Tenant is responsible for having sufficient insurance to cover all personal property located on the Premises. The landlord will not be responsible for any loss to Tenant's personal property.

7. DEFAULT

If Tenant fails to comply with any of the material provisions of this Agreement, or of any present rules and regulations governing the Premises, Landlord may terminate this Agreement upon providing proper notice to Tenant.

8. TERMINATION

Upon termination of this Agreement, Tenant will return the Premises and all property of Landlord in a clean and good condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted.

9. GOVERNING LAW

The governance and interpretation of this agreement shall be executed under the authority of the legal rules and regulations prevailing in the jurisdiction where this is applicable.
