2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The scope of this role encompasses a broad range of duties, each aimed at enhancing the operational efficiency and quality standards of the Company. These duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Operational Reviews and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive and systematic reviews and evaluations of all operational processes on a regular basis. This includes assessing the efficiency of production lines, supply chain logistics, inventory management, and customer service operations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, or areas requiring improvement.

  • Quality Assurance Audits: Implement and execute rigorous quality assurance audits across all facets of the Company's operations. This involves the examination of products, services, and processes against predefined quality standards and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence.

  • Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Lead and champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for operational enhancement and quality improvement. Employ methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Total Quality Management (TQM) to drive process optimization and operational excellence.

  • Compliance Monitoring: Monitor ongoing compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and best practices within the operational and quality assurance domains. This includes staying abreast of changes in legislation or standards that may impact the Company's operations and implementing necessary adjustments to maintain compliance.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including production teams, supply chain management, customer service, and executive leadership, to gather insights and feedback on operational processes and quality standards. Foster a culture of quality and operational excellence across the organization.

  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to employees on quality assurance standards, operational best practices, and continuous improvement methodologies. This aims to elevate the overall skill set and awareness of quality and operational excellence within the Company.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to the management team regarding the outcomes of reviews, evaluations, and audits. These reports should include actionable insights and strategies for improving operational efficiency, enhancing product quality, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the quality and integrity of the Company's operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to prevent operational disruptions, quality failures, or compliance violations.

  • Vendor and Supplier Quality Management: Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all procured materials, components, or services meet the Company's stringent quality requirements. Conduct supplier audits and assessments as necessary to maintain a high-quality supply chain.

The Employee is expected to perform these duties with a high degree of professionalism, diligence, and commitment to the Company's goals. Regular communication with the assigned supervisor or manager and other relevant parties within the Company is essential to ensure alignment and success in meeting the operational and quality assurance objectives.

3. COMPENSATION
