Article I: Introduction

Usage rights are subject to reasonable rules and regulations established by the Strata Corporation to ensure fair access and prevent misuse or abuse.

5.3. Guest Use

Property owners are responsible for the conduct and actions of their guests while using common areas and facilities. Guests must adhere to the same rules and guidelines applicable to property owners and should not disrupt the peaceful enjoyment of others within the strata community.

Article VI: Architectural Control

6.1. Approval Process

Any proposed alterations, additions, renovations, or new construction within the [Bare Land Strata] development must receive prior approval from the Strata Corporation's architectural control committee. Article VIII: Finances and Assessments
