Owners shall ensure their pets do not cause disturbances or nuisances to others, including but not limited to excessive noise, property damage, or aggressive behavior towards humans or animals, promoting harmonious coexistence within the community.

2.3. Secure Restraint

Pets must be securely restrained by a leash, or harness, or enclosed within a secure structure when outside their owner's property, adhering to leash laws and safety protocols to prevent incidents and ensure public safety.

2.4. Waste Management

Owners must promptly and responsibly clean up and dispose of their pet's waste in designated receptacles or areas, following sanitary practices to mitigate environmental and public health risks associated with pet waste accumulation.

Article III: Licensing and Identification

3.1. Pet Licensing and Registration

All pets residing within Alberta's jurisdiction must be duly licensed and registered with the relevant municipal authority, ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.

3.2. Identification Tags and Microchips
