Dear Mr. Wiliams,
I am writing to officially communicate the fixed terms of our agreement in the form of this contract letter. It is important that both parties fully understand their rights and obligations and that we have a clear record of our agreed-upon terms.
As agreed, this contract signifies a fixed-term arrangement between Solas Corporation and yourself, Kurt Wiliams. The contract is legally binding and outlines the terms and conditions that both parties must adhere to throughout the duration of the fixed term.
We hereby confirm that the fixed term of this contract will commence on October 1, 2050, and will continue until April 5, 2051. During this period, both parties are expected to fulfill their obligations as stated in the contract.

The contract worker agrees to perform the specific tasks outlined in the project scope provided by the client. Any changes to the scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Payment will be made monthly upon completion and acceptance of deliverables. Late payments may incur interest charges. The contract worker is responsible for any taxes related to the compensation and will not be treated as an employee for tax purposes.

The contract worker agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, and client data obtained during the term of the contract. Non-disclosure extends beyond the contract period. Breach of confidentiality may result in legal action and damages.
