Dear Mr. Trent,
The purpose of this correspondence is to establish a legally binding contract between NebulaNet Systems, represented by Joseph Godoy, and yourself, Michael Trent, with regard to the terms outlined below:
1. Agreement Scope: This contract serves to define the responsibilities and obligations of both parties involved in the business relationship between NebulaNet Systems and Michael Trent. The agreement pertains to the provision of services or products as agreed upon in subsequent discussions and negotiations.
2. Terms and Conditions:
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: $200,000 per annum, paid biweekly.
Bonus: Eligibility for annual performance bonus, up to 15% of annual salary.
Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plan with company match; paid time off (PTO); employee wellness program.
Working Hours and Location:
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Flexibility: Option for remote work up to 2 days per week.
3. Duration: This contract shall remain in effect until the completion of the services or delivery of the products, as agreed upon by both parties. Any changes or amendments to this agreement shall be made in writing and require the mutual consent of both parties.
