Dear Ms. Lawrence,
I am writing to confirm our mutual understanding and agreement about the subject matter described herein. This letter serves as a binding contract between Quantum Solutions Co. and Wanda J. Lawrence and validates the following discussed terms:
The contract term is for one year, starting from January 1st, 2050, and ending on December 31st, 2050.
Payment terms include a fixed fee of $10,000, payable in three equal installments; the first payment shall be due on January 1st, 2050, the second payment on April 1st, 2050, and the final payment on July 1st, 2050.
The scope of work will include providing legal services for Quantum Solutions Co., encompassing general legal advice, contract review, and legal representation when necessary.
The termination clause of this contract includes the unconditional right for either party to terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Such termination will not affect any outstanding financial obligations at the time of termination.
The limit of liability for any claim, demand, or action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from the services provided under this contract shall not exceed the total amount of the contract price.
By signing below, both parties confirm and acknowledge the understanding and agreement with the discussed terms of the contract. Each party signing this contract represents and warrants that they are authorized to enter this agreement.
